Increases definition

Increases is defined in Section 2.3(a).
Increases has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule C (Charges and Invoicing);
Increases means the items listed in Section 3.4.2.

Examples of Increases in a sentence

  • Increases under previous State Wage Case Principles or under the current Statement of Principles, excepting those resulting from enterprise agreements, are not to be used to offset the minimum wage.

  • Increases in rates of pay otherwise made under the State Wage Case Principles, excepting those resulting from enterprise agreements, are not to be used to offset arbitrated safety net adjustments.

More Definitions of Increases

Increases. The Purchase Price shall be decreased as follows:
Increases. The Employee's annual salary and other benefits provided for hereunder are subject to periodic increases, but not decreases, at the discretion of the Board of Directors (or the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors or other committee of the Board of Directors so authorized).
