Increase Amount definition

Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

Increase Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

Examples of Increase Amount in a sentence

• In addition, for each consecutive six-month period following January 2, 2003, that the Debt Guarantee shall remain outstanding, the number of shares of Preferred Stock issuable upon exercise or conversion of this Warrant shall be increased by the Increase Amount, provided that the aggregate number of shares of Preferred Stock issuable upon exercise or conversion of this Warrant shall total no more than 40,000 Preferred Shares, unless otherwise adjusted as provided in this Section 6.

• If the Debt Guarantee shall remain outstanding on January 2, 2003, the number of shares of Preferred Stock issuable upon exercises or conversion of this Warrant shall be increased by the Increase Amount.

• Any amounts due as Additional Receivables Purchase Price on any Further Issue Date shall be netted against any amounts due as Subordinated Loan Increase Amount on such Further Issue Date.

More Definitions of Increase Amount

Increase Amount means an amount equal to (i) fifty percent (50%) of the positive Consolidated Net Earnings of the Companies for the fiscal quarter then ended, plus (ii) one hundred percent (100%) of the proceeds from any equity offering by any Company.

Increase Amount shall have the meaning assigned in subsection 2.5(a).
