Aggregate Reserves definition

Aggregate Reserves means, on any date of determination, the sum of the Loss Reserve, the Dilution Reserve and the Servicing and Yield Reserve.
Aggregate Reserves means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of (x) the Reserve Floor and (y) the Dynamic Reserve plus (ii) the Carrying Cost Reserve.

  • Seller has determined that, immediately after giving effect to each purchase hereunder, the Net Receivables Balance is at least equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Capital, plus (ii) the Aggregate Reserves.

More Definitions of Aggregate Reserves

Aggregate Reserves means the Aggregate Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Adjusted Net Receivables Balance.
