Hull 418 Shipbuilding Contract definition

Hull 418 Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract made between the Builder and the Seller for the construction by the Builder of Hull 418 and its purchase by the Seller, as supplemented and/or amended from time to time;

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • Building Contract means a contract entered under Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter A for the construction or maintenance of a Department building or appurtenant facilities and considered to be a Highway Improvement Contract as defined in Texas Administrative Code, § 9.11.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract

  • Architect’s Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • MOA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Time Charter means the time charter party between Owners as owners and Stena Bulk AB (the "Time Charterers") as charterers effective attached hereto as Annex 1. "Agreement" means Part I, Part II, including Additional Clauses 21-31 as well as Annex 1.

  • Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;

  • Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.

  • Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.

  • existing vessel means a vessel that is not a new fishing vessel.

  • Group contract means a contract for health care services which by its terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. The group contract may include coverage for dependents.
