  • Your HSA will consist of a Deposit Account (an interest-bearing account at a federally-insured depository institution) and, where applicable, an HSA Investment Account.

  • You agree that you will read and understand the prospectus for each of the mutual funds you have selected for your HSA Investment Account.

  • This Addendum and the Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Custodian and you with respect to your HSA Investment Account.

  • Thereafter, any time the balance in the Customer’s retail HSA account is $2,050 or more as of the Transfer Date, the excess $50 or more above the Base Balance of $2,000 will automatically transfer on the Transfer Date from the Customer’s retail HSA account to the Customer’s Designated HSA Investment Account, and the Customer’s HSA Retail Account Balance following the Transfer Date will be the Designated Base Balance, in this example $2,000).

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of CSFB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, CSFB ABS Trust Series 2001-HE12" Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant’s Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.
