  • The “HSA Total Investment Balance” is the prior business day's ending balance based on the value of assets in your HSA Investments as of that day, as reported to us by Devenir, LLC.We maintain transaction information on your Deposit Account for the length of time required by applicable law.

  • The Service will show your Deposit Account balance; and if you have elected other HSA investment options, the Service will also show your HSA Investments balance.

  • HSA Investments will be liquidated as set forth in the HSA Investments Terms and Conditions, and you acknowledge that such a liquidation will be implemented without regard to market conditions, the impact of deferred sales charges, redemption fees, or any other considerations that might otherwise govern the time and manner of the sale of an investment.

  • Your Fidelity HSA Investments The Fidelity HSA is a Fidelity brokerage account that has a “core position” through which allcontributions are deposited and all disbursements are withdrawn.

  • Your and our respective obligations with respect to the HSA Investments are governed by the HSA Investments Terms and Conditions.

  • If you request a distribution that exceeds your HSA Custodial Account balance, the transaction may be denied, or in some cases, you may experience an overdraft, even if you have HSA Investments.

  • You agree and acknowledge that this investment program is a “self-directed” product, i.e., the decision to invest a portion of your HSA Custodial Account balance into HSA Investments, if at all, and which HSA Investments to choose are solely within your discretion and at your direction.

Related to HSA Investments

  • Other Investments means assets which are not Direct Investments or Underlying Funds.

  • Alternative Investments means investments in the said State which are within the ability and competence of the Company or of corporations which are related to the Company for the purposes of the Companies (Western Australia) Code and which are approved by the Minister from time to time as alternative investments for the purpose of this Agreement (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld in the case of an investment which would add value or facilitate the addition of value, beyond mining, to the mineral resources of the said State);”;

  • Prior Period Investments means investments made in a previous evaluation period that are outstanding as of the examination date.

  • Portfolio Investments has the meaning set forth in the introductory section of this Agreement.

  • Cash Equivalent Investments means at any time:

  • Quoted Investments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A).

  • Mezzanine Investments means debt Securities (including convertible debt Securities (other than the “in-the-money” equity component thereof)) and Preferred Stock in each case (a) issued by public or private issuers, (b) issued without registration under the Securities Act, (c) not issued pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act (or any successor provision thereunder), (d) that are not Cash Equivalents and (e) contractually subordinated in right of payment to other debt of the same issuer.

  • Liquid Investments means:

  • Restricted Investments means all Investments except the following:

  • Permitted Cash Equivalent Investments means (i) marketable direct obligations issued or unconditionally guaranteed by the United States or any agency or any State thereof having maturities of not more than two (2) years from the date of acquisition and (ii) commercial paper maturing no more than one (1) year after its creation and having the highest rating from either Standard & Poor’s Ratings Group or Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc.

  • Equity Investments shall have the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Unquoted Investments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Direct Investments means assets which are not Underlying Funds.

  • Qualified Investments means any and all securities, obligations or accounts in which municipalities may invest their funds under applicable Maine law.

  • Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

  • Cash Equivalent Investment means, at any time:

  • Investments as defined in Section 7.8.

  • Portfolio Investment means any Investment held by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in their asset portfolio.

  • Authorized Investments means: any investment which may be authorized by the Commission but does not include restricted investments as specified in the Offering Documents from time to time.

  • Investment Securities means any of the following:

  • Restricted Investment means an Investment other than a Permitted Investment.

  • Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the total amount of Gross Proceeds raised in all Offerings; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners (other than the General Partner in its capacity as a Limited Partner) the total amount of Capital Contributions.

  • Permitted Investment means an Investment by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in:

  • Performing Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments means Mezzanine Investments (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.
