HealthSource RI means a Rhode Island governmental agency that makes Qualified Health Plan (QHPs) available to qualified members. MAXIMUM OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE means the total amount of coinsurance that you must pay each benefit year for certain covered dental care services provided by network dentists.
