Health and Safety Law definition

Health and Safety Law means any federal, state or local statute, rule, regulation or ordinance having as its primary purpose the protection of worker safety or health in the workplace.
Health and Safety Law means all applicable laws (including, without limitation, case law), statutes, regulations, rules of common law, codes of practice, circulars, guidance notes and the like having the force of law relating to the protection of human health or safety or social impacts of the existing operations or closure of the operations, including without limitation industrial disease, stakeholder engagement or land use rights and remedies of local communities or indigenous peoples.
Health and Safety Law means any applicable Law, Governmental Order or binding agreement with any Governmental Authority: (i) relating to workplace human health or safety, or (ii) human exposures, including MSHA and OSHA, as amended, implementing regulations, and similar state laws.

Health and Safety Law means any Law or requirement of any applicable Governmental Authority, and applicable common law, relating to the protection of the health or safety of any person including employees or persons performing activities on the behalf of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Health and Safety Law means any Law relating to protection of occupational health and safety or any Remediation of any threat thereto, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, other than any Environmental Law.

Health and Safety Law means any Law the aim or effect of which is to regulate or otherwise protect the health, safety or welfare of any Person, including any Law which is designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, and any program, whether governmental or private (such as those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to protect the health, safety or welfare of any Person, including the US Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65), the EU Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, the EU Plant Protection Products Regulation 1107/2209, the EU the Regulation No 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) or the EU Regulation No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 22, 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (BPR).
Health and Safety Law means all Law related to the protection of health and safety including protecting the environment, preventing disease and avoiding industrial accidents;
