- Was NOT built prior to 1978. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS. [TYPE ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS / CONDITIONS / PROVISIONS HERE (OPTIONAL)]. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains all of the terms agreed to by the Parties and may be modified or amended only by written agreement signed by the Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇. This Agreement replaces all previous discussions, understandings, and oral agreements. The Parties agree to the terms and conditions and shall be bound until the end of the Lease Term.
