Hardware Specifications definition

Hardware Specifications means the specifications for the antenna connection, RF front end, baseband processor and PC board layout.
Hardware Specifications means the detailed technical specifications for the Hardware, as set forth in Exhibit A. The Hardware Specifications may change from time to time through Engineering Change procedures. The Parties may, from time to time, add products to this Agreement, in which event the Parties shall also mutually agree on revisions to this Agreement as may be necessary to cover associated Hardware.
Hardware Specifications means: (a) the product manuals (including the Quick Start Guide and Detailed Service Specifications located at [hyperlink] Camera, or such other address specified by VIEVU from time to time; (b) and the product manuals (including the Quick Start Guide, the VIEVU Smartphone App User Guide, the Detailed Specifications, and the VIEVU2 Configuration Utility User Guide) located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/support/vievu2- camera-support/ for the VIEVU2 Camera such other address specified by VIEVU from time to time; and (c) for all other Camera, the address specified by VIEVU from time to time.

  • Grass Valley warrants to Customer that Hardware will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the Technical Hardware Specifications for a period of fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment from factory (the “Hardware Warranty Period”).

Hardware Specifications means the architecture, design, development, and implementation documentation, including component lists, bill of materials, hardware component design and architecture documentation, circuit designs and layouts, ASIC architectures, pin-outs, data sheets, and white papers.
