GSA Party definition

GSA Party or “GSA Parties” shall mean a Groundwater Sustainability Agency or in the plural, two or more Groundwater Sustainability Agencies within the Kings Subbasin that is (are) a signatory to this Coordination Agreement.

  • No GSA Party shall incur debts, liabilities or obligations on behalf of any other GSA Party unless provided for in a separate agreement.

  • By execution of this Coordination Agreement, each GSA Party confirms the authority of its GSA Representative and Alternate to provide input and direction to the Coordination Workgroup and the Plan Manager on behalf of that GSA Party, and each GSA Party understands that the Coordination Workgroup and the Plan Manager may undertake further consideration or conduct further analysis on the basis of that input and direction.

  • Should the GSA Parties be unable to resolve the Dispute through the mediation process, any GSA Party may seek legal or other relief as they may deem appropriate.

  • Any GSA Party who withdraws shall remain obligated to pay its share of all Coordinated Plan Expenses accrued prior to the effective date of such withdrawal.

  • It shall be the responsibility of each individual GSA Party to take such steps and employ such measures as it deems necessary to configure the information in a form that satisfies its privacy concerns while otherwise complying with its statutory and regulatory obligations under this Coordination Agreement.

  • FOIA Party means a Person that, in the reasonable determination of the Board of Directors, may be subject to, and thereby required to disclose non-public information furnished by or relating to the Company under, the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 (“FOIA”), any state public records access law, any state or other jurisdiction’s laws similar in intent or effect to FOIA, or any other similar statutory or regulatory requirement.

  • a Party means the individual parties to the Agreement, that is either the Republic of India or the Kingdom of Thailand;

  • of a Party means any corporation or other business entity controlled by, controlling or under common control with, such Party.   • Purchasing Party means CIG Media LLC, NBC Universal, Inc. and their respective Affiliates.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.

  • Innocent Party means, in relation to a breach of an obligation under this contract, the party who is not in breach of that obligation; "Insolvency Event", in relation to either of the parties, has occurred where:

  • Prospective party means a person that discusses with a prospective collaborative lawyer the possibility of signing a collaborative law participation agreement.

  • Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.
