  • All notices and other communications hereunder by any Party to the others shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally or by international courier, or sent by facsimile or electronic mail to the contact details set forth on the signature pages and shall be copied to the additional contact as set forth thereon as well (or at such other address for a Party as shall be specified by like notice); provided, however, that notices sent by mail will not be deemed given until received.

a Party means Jersey or Sweden, as the context requires; the term “Parties” means Jersey and Sweden;
