Group Benefits Plan definition

Group Benefits Plan for the purposes of this Section, means the Long Term Disability Insurance Plan, the NAIT Extended Medical Benefits Plan, NAIT Dental Plan, and the Group Insurance Plans specified in Section 32.
Group Benefits Plan this means the retirement and/or health benefits plans available to employees upon eligibility including successful completion of probation and subject to the terms outlined in the Plans. Access to and membership in benefits plan shall be subject to the availability of government funding to cover the costs of premium for such plans.
Group Benefits Plan is defined in Section 6.12.1.

Medical benefit plan does not include benefits provided to individuals retired from a public employer or a public employer's contributions to a fund used for the sole purpose of funding health care benefits that are available to a public employee or an elected public official only upon retirement or separation from service.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • Pension Benefit Plan means at any time any employee pension benefit plan (including a Multiple Employer Plan, but not a Multiemployer Plan) which is covered by Title IV of ERISA or is subject to the minimum funding standards under Section 412 of the Code and either (i) is maintained by any member of the Controlled Group for employees of any member of the Controlled Group; or (ii) has at any time within the preceding five years been maintained by any entity which was at such time a member of the Controlled Group for employees of any entity which was at such time a member of the Controlled Group.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
