Greenfield site definition

Greenfield site means a contiguous area under common control that is an undeveloped site.
Greenfield site means a site that does not meet the definition of a brownfield site or grayfield site. A project proposed at a site located on previously undeveloped or agricultural land shall be presumed to be a greenfield site.
Greenfield site means a new development or the initial operation of a new facility or a facility or operation not previously permitted.
