Gerber. Gerber Products Company, a business unit of the Seller that is engaged primarily in the research and development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and sales of products in the infant and toddler nutrition and development business. "Governmental Authority" Any federal, national, state, local, cantonal, municipal, international or multinational government, governmental, regulatory or administrative authority, agency or commission, or any court, tribunal, or judicial or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction.
