Gathered Crude definition

Gathered Crude means the crude oil acquired by Coffeyville and/or WRC (or any of their Affiliates) in Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and all states adjacent to Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any crude oil which is transported in whole or in part via railcar or truck shall be considered Gathered Crude for purposes of this Agreement.
Gathered Crude has the meaning specified in Section 4.1.
Gathered Crude means the crude oil acquired by CVR (or its Affiliates) in [***]. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any crude oil which is transported in whole or in part via [***] shall be considered Gathered Crude for purposes of this Agreement.

Examples of Gathered Crude in a sentence

  • On and after the Commencement Date, in accordance with Supplier’s obligation to purchase Crude Oil hereunder and provided it has actually received such Crude Oil from a Counterparty, Supplier agrees to sell and deliver to Coffeyville, and Coffeyville agrees to purchase and receive, the Refinery’s requirements for Crude Oil (other than Gathered Crude) as set forth herein.

  • Except for Gathered Crude, Vitol shall be the exclusive supplier of crude oil to Coffeyville during the Term.

  • While Coffeyville intends to take responsibility to acquire Gathered Crude in its own name and on its own behalf, Vitol shall retain the right to present opportunities to Coffeyville for domestic Crude Oil.

  • In other cases, the principle of comity requires the court to recognise that, in deciding questions of weight to be attached to different factors, different judges operating under different legal systems with different legal policies may legitimately arrive at different answers, without occasioning a breach of customary international law or manifest injustice, and that in such circumstances it is not for an English court to arrogate to itself the decision how a foreign court should determine the matter.

  • Coffeyville and Vitol agree that from time to time upon the request of Coffeyville, Vitol shall enter into a purchase agreement or purchase agreements to purchase Gathered Crude from Coffeyville and resell such Gathered Crude to Coffeyville at any of the Delivery Points.


More Definitions of Gathered Crude

Gathered Crude has the meaning specified in Section 4.1. “Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, regional, local, or municipal governmental body, agency, instrumentality, authority or entity established or controlled by a government or subdivision thereof, including any legislative, administrative or judicial body, or any person purporting to act therefor. “Indemnified Party” has the meaning specified in Section 19.3. “Indemnifying Party” has the meaning specified in Section 19.3. “Initial Term” has the meaning specified in Section 3.1. “Inventories” means the Crude Oil inventories that Supplier owns in connection with the purchase of Crude Oil for supply to Coffeyville, wherever located, including in the Terminal, in a Pipeline System or loaded upon vessels.

Related to Gathered Crude

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Gathering means any assembly, concourse or procession in or on—

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • NGLs means natural gas liquids.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Carbon dioxide or “CO2” means the most common of the six primary greenhouse gases, consisting on a molecular level of a single carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and “Developed Non-Producing Reserves.”

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
