Gathering lines definition

Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.
Gathering lines means a gathering line or gathering system as defined in OAC 165:45-1-

Gathering lines means all natural gas and condensate gathering pipelines, residue gas pipelines and other gas and condensate pipelines, pigging and handling facilities comprising the System, including, without limitation, those described on Exhibit D.
