There is also a process for identifying changes in existing risks and any exposure to new risks.
Franchisor means Marriott International, Inc.
Subfranchisor means a person who is granted a master franchise.
Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.
Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.
New Franchise Agreement means the franchise license agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Franchisor, granting to Buyer a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand on and after the Closing Date.
Existing Franchise Agreement means that certain franchise license agreement between the Seller and the Franchisor, granting to Seller a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand.
Franchise Area means the area within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City, including any areas annexed by the City during the term of this Franchise.
Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.
Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.
Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.
Owner/operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).
Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
