Focus means limiting the number of items included in a curriculum to allow for deeper exploration of the subject matter.
Screening means the evaluation process used to identify an individual's ability to perform activities of daily living and address health and safety concerns.
Developing means to engage in Development and “Developed” has a corresponding meaning.
Campaigning means the active goal of convincing Members to vote for a candidate.
Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.
Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;
Microbusiness means a licensee that may act as a cannabis
scientific research means any activity in the field of natural or applied science for the extension of knowledge;
Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1
Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.
Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Driving means operating a motor vehicle on a roadway, including while temporarily stationary because of traffic, a traffic light, stop sign, or otherwise. “Driving” does not include being in your vehicle (with or without the motor running) in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to remain stationary.
Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
Campaign means a series of no less than [***] cGMP Batches manufactured consecutively.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Hospice means a public agency or private organization licensed pursuant to Chapter 400, Florida Statutes, to provide Hospice services. Such licensed entity must be principally engaged in providing pain relief, symptom management, and supportive services to terminally ill Members and their families.
Planned means entered in the Working Timetable;
Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;
R2000 Strategy means an initiative by the Government of Kenya to improve the maintenance of the country’s Road Network by giving priority to maintenance through network approach, using appropriate technology, labour-based methods, local resources and increased usage of small-scale entrepreneurs.
