Campaign definition

Campaign means all activities for or against the election of a candidate for elective state office or for or against a state question;
Campaign means a series of no less than [***] cGMP Batches manufactured consecutively.
Campaign means the organized effort to expressly advocate the nomination, election, or defeat of a candidate for state or local office in Iowa. “Campaign” also means the organized effort to expressly advocate the passage or defeat of a ballot issue.

More Definitions of Campaign

Campaign means the specific marketing initiative, as detailed in Schedule 1, that the Influencer will support by creating and distributing the Content in connection with the Company’s products and/or services; and (ii) “Content” means any and all creative materials (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, and graphics) developed by the Influencer and published on social media platforms, websites, or other digital channels as part of the Campaign, as detailed in Schedule 2. All Content must be submitted to the Company for review and approval at least [NUMBER] days prior to scheduled publication. The Company reserves the right to request reasonable revisions. The Influencer agrees to publish the approved Content on the designated social media platforms and any other channels, as described in Schedule 1.

The Client shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: appoint and, in its reasonable discretion, replace an employee to serve as the primary contact under this Agreement, with the authority to act on behalf of the Client concerning all matters related to this Agreement (the "Client Contract Manager"); provide copies of or access to relevant materials and product samples as the Marketer may reasonably request to perform the Services in a timely manner, provided that the Client determines such materials are reasonably necessary or has agreed in writing to provide them. The Client shall ensure that all materials are complete and accurate in all material respects. However, under no circumstances shall the Client be required to provide the Marketer with [TYPE OF MATERIALS]. The Client and its licensors shall retain sole and exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to the materials, including any associated Intellectual Property Rights. The Marketer shall have no rights or license to use such materials beyond the Term, except as necessary to perform the Services for the Client. All other rights in the Client’s materials remain expressly reserved by the Client; and respond promptly to any request from the Marketer for direction, information, approvals, authorizations, or decisions that are reasonably necessary for the Marketer to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
