Study definition

Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
Study the clinical trial that is to be performed in accordance with this Agreement and the Protocol for purposes of gathering information about the compound/medical device identified in the Protocol. Study means the clinical trial conducted or to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol to test the Study Drug;
