Fluid Handling Services. As defined in Section 3.1.

  • Any applicable law, statute, regulation, rule, code, administrative order or enforcement action (whether national, local, municipal, territorial, provincial, or federal and including common law) of any Governmental Authority, including any Environmental Law, to the extent they apply to the Fluid Handling Services or the Parties.

  • If any undisputed amount due hereunder remains unpaid for sixty (60) Days after the due date, Antero Water shall have the right to suspend or discontinue Fluid Handling Services hereunder until any such past due amount is paid.

  • To the extent that the performance of the Fluid Handling Services by Antero Water shall at any point in time become prohibited or restricted by Applicable Laws or the provisions of any Governmental Approval, Antero Water shall be relieved from its obligations to perform such Fluid Handling Services.

  • Fluid Handling Services that are accorded the lowest priority on the Water Facilities with respect to capacity allocations, interruptions, or curtailments.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
