Floating Rate Covered Bonds definition

Floating Rate Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds which bear interest at a rate determined (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as the case may be):
Floating Rate Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Floating Rate Covered Bonds means the Covered Bonds which will bear interest at a floating rate.

  • The Rate of Interest payable from time to time in respect of Floating Rate Covered Bonds will be determined in the manner specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • If the Reference Rate from time to time in respect of Floating Rate Covered Bonds is specified in the applicable Final Terms as being other than LIBOR or EURIBOR, the Rate of Interest in respect of such Covered Bonds will be determined as provided in the applicable Final Terms.

Floating Rate Covered Bonds. Floating Rate Covered Bonds will bear interest at a rate determined: (i) on the same basis as the floating rate under a notional interest rate swap transaction in the relevant Specified Currency governed by an agreement incorporating the ISDA Definitions; or (ii) on the basis of a reference rate appearing on the agreed screen page of a commercial quotation service; or (iii) on such other basis as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), in each case as set out in the applicable Final Terms. Interest on Floating Rate Covered Bonds in respect of each Interest Period, as agreed prior to issue by the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), will be payable on such Interest Payment Dates, and will be calculated on the basis of such Day Count Fraction, as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), as set out in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Floating Rate Period has the meaning set forth in section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

All references to applicable provisions of Law shall be deemed to include any and all amendments thereto.

  • Floating Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to (i) the Alternate Base Rate for such day plus (ii) the Applicable Margin, in each case changing when and as the Alternate Base Rate changes.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.
