The initial Base Rate for the Floating Rate Notes in effect from the Issue Date to, but excluding, the first Interest Reset Date will be the 3-month EURIBOR in effect on April 27, 2026.
The interest rate on the Floating Rate Notes will be determined on the second TARGET2 Business Day preceding the applicable Interest Reset Date (a “EURIBOR Interest Determination Date”).
Interest on the Floating Rate Notes will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days in the period for which interest is being calculated.
