First Option Exercise Notice definition

First Option Exercise Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.5 (b).
First Option Exercise Notice means, on a Program-by-Program basis, the written notice to exercise the First Option for such Program delivered by Ipsen to Exicure, effective on the date on which the written notice is delivered.
