First Exercise Period definition

First Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.
First Exercise Period means the period set forth in Clause 8.5.1. “First Issue Date” means 26 June 2014.

Examples of First Exercise Period in a sentence

First Exercise Period. : The First Exercise Period means the period commencing on and
