Examples of First Exercise Date in a sentence
The terms and conditions applicable to an Offer, including the Final Acceptance Date, the First Exercise Date, the Last Exercise Date, any Grant Conditions, any Vesting Conditions and any Vesting Period, are as determined by the Board (in its absolute discretion).
You may exercise the Guaranteed Principal Option in accordance with our administrative procedures within 30 days following any Contract Anniversary on or after the Guaranteed Principal Option First Exercise Date shown on the Contract Schedule, but no more than 30 days following the GMIB Rider Termination Date shown on the Contract Schedule.
