Date of Exercise definition

Date of Exercise means the date on which the Company shall have received (i) this Warrant (or any New Warrant, as applicable), with the Form of Election to Purchase attached hereto (or attached to such New Warrant) appropriately completed and duly signed, and (ii) payment of the Exercise Price for the number of Warrant Shares so indicated by the holder hereof to be purchased.
Date of Exercise means the date on which the Company receives notice of the exercise of an Option or SAR in accordance with the terms of Section 8.
Date of Exercise means the date the Company receives notice, by an Optionee, of the exercise of an Option pursuant to section 8.1 of the Plan. Such notice shall indicate the number of shares of Stock the Optionee intends to exercise.

Date of Exercise means the date on which the Company receives notice pursuant to Section 5.2 of the exercise, as a whole or in part, of the Option.
