Firm Scheme Details definition

Firm Scheme Details means: in respect of each Firm Scheme comprised within the Original Approved Bid the descriptive and other details in respect of the Firm Scheme summarised in Schedule 1 but as more particularly described in IMS and as accepted by Homes England through IMS; or in respect of any other Firm Scheme, the descriptive and other details in relation to that scheme set out (and as accepted by Homes England) in IMS, in each case as the same may be varied supplemented or updated from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

  • Where the result of that recalculation is a lower Firm Scheme Grant figure than that set out in the Firm Scheme Details, Homes England will notify the Grant Recipient and the Grant Recipient will have twenty (20) Business Days from the date of receipt of Homes England's notification to advise Homes England as to whether it wishes to withdraw the Firm Scheme from this Agreement or proceed with it on the basis of the recalculated Firm Scheme Grant figure or to withdraw the proposed a Pre-First Claim Change.

  • Monitoring and Reporting The Grant Recipient acknowledges the high importance to the Council of it being advised when any circumstance occurs which may: impact on the Grant Recipient's ability to deliver Firm Schemes in accordance with the Firm Scheme Details and other requirements of this Agreement; change any assumptions in the Firm Scheme Details which would provide an opportunity for the Grant Recipient to deliver more Affordable Dwellings with the Grant; (collectively the Contract Monitoring Outputs).

  • All data or other information supplied to the Regulator in connection with, or related to the Firm Scheme Details or its application to be a grant recipient is accurate.

  • So far as the Grant Recipient is aware (having made all reasonable enquiries) the Firm Scheme Details (including, inter alia, all projected Start on Site and Practical Completion dates) are capable of being delivered without the need for a change to the Firm Scheme Details.

  • Application of Firm Scheme Details Capacity All financial capacity generated by the Grant Recipient through the terms of the Firm Scheme Details is being and will be applied by the Grant Recipient to the delivery of new Affordable Housing supply under this Agreement.

  • It has informed the Council of any material change that has occurred since the date of submission of the Firm Scheme Details of which it is aware (or ought to be aware) having made all reasonable and proper enquiries which would render such information untrue, incomplete or inaccurate in any material respect including without limitation the provision or offer of any additional Public Sector Subsidy.

  • Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.

  • BOT means the Bank of Thailand.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • AFM means the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten);

  • Explanatory Indicator means a measure that is connected to and helps to explain performance in a Performance Indicator or a Monitoring Indicator. An Explanatory Indicator may or may not be a measure of the HSP’s performance. No Performance Target is set for an Explanatory Indicator;

  • Scheme Documents means (a) any Scheme Press Release, (b) the Scheme Circular (if any) and (c) any other document designated in writing as such by Borrower and Administrative Agent.

  • TARGET System means the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (known as TARGET2) System which was launched on 19 November 2007 or any successor thereto.

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. System Protection Facilities: “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility. Transmission Facilities:

  • NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.

  • We/Our/Us means the Underwriters named in the Schedule.

  • ASX means ASX Limited (ACN 008 624 691);

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • JSE means the exchange operated by JSE Limited, (Registration No. 2005/022939/06) (or any other name by which it may be known in the future) or its successor body;

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Bidco means a business and industrial development company licensed under this act. The term includes a business development enterprise.

  • EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
