The Adam Shares are admitted to: (a) listing in the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the LSE’s main market for listed securities and (b) listing and trading on the Main Board of the JSE, and Adam is in compliance in all material respects with the rules of such stock exchanges.
