Fee Unit definition

Fee Unit means a single unit of service as defined by continuous duty maximum flow rate in gallons per minute for a 5/8” water meter using American Water Works Association C700-C703 standards. The number of fee units shall be determined by the size and type of the water meter purchased for the property as follows:
Fee Unit means the sum as prescribed under the provisions of the Fee Unit Act 1997;
Fee Unit has the meaning given to that term in section 10.1, and “Fee Units” means more than one Fee Unit;

Examples of Fee Unit in a sentence

  • For Mini-Bids that include a Roll-Off container or a Compactor that is rented for less than one month, the Mini-Bid Rental Fee Unit Price cannot exceed the Master Contract Rental Fee Unit Price on a prorated basis.

  • Dues Payer or Agency Fee Unit members’ pay checks will indicate dues payer or agency fee payer status as appropriate based on information provided by the Association.

Fee Unit has the meaning ascribed thereto on page 2; “Fee Warrant” has the meaning ascribed thereto on page 2;
Fee Unit means any equipment or process which generates, creates, or is the source of a regulated air contaminant, which is listed or identified in a construction permit application or application to revise a permit and which requires review and evaluation against state and federal regulations and standards. This definition does not include sources which are exempt under 20.2.72.202 NMAC or sources for which no applicable requirements are identified in the permit. In the case of a permit modification, revision or technical review of an existing permit, the requirements of Subsection A of 20.2.75.11 NMAC apply only to the equipment or process involved in such modification, revision or review.
