The L/C Fronting Fee shall be due and payable in full on the date of issuance of such Letter of Credit.
The Fronting Fee shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the fifteenth calendar day after the end of each March, June, September and December, in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the Letter of Credit Maturity Date and thereafter on demand.
The Fronting Fee shall be due and payable by the Borrower (i) quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December and (ii) on the Termination Date (for the period for which no payment has been received pursuant to clause (i) above).
