Eligible Unit definition

Eligible Unit means, at the Cut-Off Date, a Unit:
Eligible Unit means, as of the time any Liquidating Gain is available to be allocated to an LTIP Unit or a Performance Unit, an LTIP Unit or Performance Unit to the extent, since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit or Performance Unit, such Liquidating Gain when aggregated with other Liquidating Gains realized since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit or Performance Unit exceeds Liquidating Losses realized since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit or Performance Unit, as applicable.
Eligible Unit means, as of the time any Liquidating Gain is available to be allocated to an LTIP Unit, an LTIP Unit to the extent, since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit, such Liquidating Gain when aggregated with other Liquidating Gains realized since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit exceeds Liquidating Losses realized since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Fund/SERV Eligible Unit Servicing Agent shall make any records or documents described in Reg.

  • SERV Eligible Unit Servicing Agent shall distribute to redeeming Fund/SERV Eligible Unit holders of record on its books redemption proceeds it receives pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust from the Trustee as the sole record owner of Fund/SERV Eligible Units on the Trustee's books.


More Definitions of Eligible Unit

Eligible Unit or "eligible units" means a CAIR NOx unit that:
Eligible Unit means a Unit that meets the Unit Eligibility criteria in the Program Guidelines and in Appendix “A”;
