Eligible Unit definition

Eligible Unit means, as of the time any Liquidating Gain is available to be allocated to an LTIP Unit or a Performance Unit, an LTIP Unit or Performance Unit to the extent, since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit or Performance Unit, such Liquidating Gain when aggregated with other Liquidating Gains realized since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit or Performance Unit exceeds Liquidating Losses realized since the date of issuance of such LTIP Unit or Performance Unit, as applicable.
Eligible Unit means, at the Cut-Off Date, a Unit:

Examples of Eligible Unit in a sentence

  • In addition, the debtor shall pay to the Service Manager an amount that is equal to the percentage that the IAH (2014 Extension) Loan is of the original purchase price of the Eligible Unit as applied to any positive differential between the current fair market value of the Eligible Unit and the original purchase price of the Eligible Unit.

  • If, during the period in which the IAH (2014 Extension) Loan is outstanding, the Eligible Unit is resold for less than the price at which it was acquired by the debtor and the sale of the Eligible Unit was an arm’s length transaction, the difference between the IAH (2014 Extension) Loan amount and the depreciated amount shall be repayable.

  • SECURITY FOR IAH (2014 EXTENSION) LOANS 5.1 Each IAH (2014 Extension) Loan shall be secured by a mortgage registered against title to the relevant Eligible Unit.


More Definitions of Eligible Unit

Eligible Unit or "eligible units" means a CAIR NOx unit that:
