Existing Option Plan definition

Existing Option Plan means the option plan of the Company in place at the Date of Adoption providing for options over 12,136,364 Ordinary Shares;

Existing Option Plan means the RPS Realty Trust 1989 Employees' Stock Option Plan, as amended from time to time.

Existing Option Plan means the fixed stock option plan of the Corporation, which was last approved by shareholders of the Corporation on August 27, 2021;
