Executive Sponsor means a person ofsenior-level management in the execution ofproject management.
Executive Sponsor. The Executive Sponsor is a high-ranking member of the agency’s management team. He or she is the visible champion of the project within the agency and is the ultimate decision maker, with final approval on all phases, deliverables and scope changes. The Executive Sponsor will help ensure that this project achieves its full potential for impact. The designated Executive Sponsor for this project is Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, City Manager.
