SCOPE CHANGES. The Commissioner reserves the right to require, by written order, changes to the scope of the Contract, by altering, adding to or deducting from the Bid Specifications, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the work under the Contract, whether or not changed by the order, the Commissioner shall, upon notice from Contractor as hereafter stated, make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price, the delivery schedule or both and shall modify the Contract. The Contractor must assert its right to an adjustment under this clause within thirty days from the date of receipt of the written order. However, if the Commissioner decides that the facts justify it, the Commissioner may provide an adjustment without receipt of a proposal. Failure to agree to any adjustment shall be a dispute under the Disputes clause, provided, however, that nothing in this clause shall excuse the Contractor from proceeding with the Contract as changed.

The Commissioner may make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price or delivery date if the change affects the cost or time of performance. Such equitable adjustments require the consent of the Contractor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
SCOPE CHANGES. NYSDOT reserves the right, unilaterally, to require, by written order, changes by altering, adding to, or deducting from the Scope of Services, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract. NYSDOT may make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price or delivery date if the change affects the cost or time of performance.
SCOPE CHANGES. During the Term of this Agreement, the University may unilaterally require, by written order, changes altering, adding to, or deducting from the Services, provided that such changes are consistent in character and within the general scope of the services to be provided under this Agreement.
SCOPE CHANGES. Without obtaining the Required Scope Change Approval, direct, consent to or enter into any Scope Change if such Scope Change:

In the event of the Purchaser requiring the Supplier to provide any additional Goods or Services not specified in a Purchase Order, such additional items may only be supplied once authorised by the Purchaser in a Purchase Order. SCOPE CHANGES. 7.1 A Change in Scope of services shall occur when and as CONTRACTOR’s costs of providing services under this Agreement change as a result of:
SCOPE CHANGES. The Professional, during the Design stage, may be compensated as an Additional Service when directed by the Department for scope additions and/or changes, as is more generally described in the “Negotiated Project Scope” and as supplemented by any additional incorporated documentation. These scope additions/changes shall be limited to items consistent with the Legislative authorization for the Project. The Professional’s compensation for Basic Services and the Base Construction Amount in paragraph 4 of the Professional Agreement shall not be adjusted due to Scope Changes authorized under this paragraph.
SCOPE CHANGES. The purchase price and delivery cost charged by AVID to the Purchaser for the Product or Services ordered by the Purchaser, may be increased by AVID as a result of the Purchaser’s changes to the requirements, specifications, or assumptions set forth in AVID’s written specifications, quotation, or order acknowledgement, and the Purchaser shall pay such increased purchase price and costs within thirty (30) days of the date of AVID’s invoice therefor.
