Execution of requests. 1. In order to comply with a request for assistance, the requested authority shall proceed, within the limits of its competence and available resources, as though it were acting on its own account or at the request of other authorities of that same Party, by supplying information already possessed, by carrying out appropriate enquiries or by arranging for them to be carried out. This provision shall also apply to any other authority to which the request has been addressed by the requested authority when the latter cannot act on its own.

Requests for assistance shall be executed in accordance with the legal or regulatory provisions of the requested Party and the answer shall be sent at the latest within 120 days following the date of the receipt of the request. 3. Duly authorized officials of a Party may be present in the offices of the requested authority or any other concerned authority in accordance with paragraph 1, to obtain information related to activities that are or may be operations in breach of customs legislation which the applicant authority needs for purposes of this Chapter. 4. Duly authorized officials of a Party involved may be present at inquiries or verifications carried out in the territory of the other Party.
Execution of requests. 1. Requests for assistance shall be executed promptly in accordance with the law of the Requested Party and, insofar as it is not prohibited by that law, in the manner requested by the Requesting Party.
Execution of requests. 1. The Requested Administration shall take all reasonable measures to execute the request for assistance made under this Agreement.

The Central Authority of the Requested State shall promptly execute the request or, when appropriate, transmit it to the competent authorities, who shall make best efforts to execute the request. The Courts of the Requested State shall have jurisdiction to issue subpoenas, search warrants or other orders necessary to execute the request.
Execution of requests. 1. The requested Party shall take all necessary measures to ensure a prompt and complete execution of the request. The requesting Party shall be immediately notified about any circumstances that may hamper the execution of the request or considerably delay its execution.
