Customs authority definition

Customs authority means the authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration and enforcement of customs laws and regulations; Customs duty includes any duty or charge of any kind imposed in connection with the importation of goods, but does not include any:
Customs authority means the authority that, according to the legislation of each Party or non-Parties, is responsible for the administration and enforcement of customs laws and regulations: (i) with respect to Japan, the Ministry of Finance; and (ii) with respect to Chile, the National Customs Service (Servicio Nacional de Aduanas);
Customs authority means the administrative authority responsible for administering Customs Laws in a State Party;
