Excluded Investment Product definition

Excluded Investment Product means any capital markets product that belongs to a class of capital markets products listed in the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018, issued by the MAS (as may be amended from time to time).
Excluded Investment Product means any investment product set out in Annex 1 to this Notice;
Excluded Investment Product means any capital markets products that belong to a class of capital markets products listed in the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Capital Markets Products) Regulations 2018.
