EU Data Protection Legislation definition

EU Data Protection Legislation means the: (i) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”); and (ii) to the extent applicable to the Online Services, any other EU or EU Member State data protection laws with respect to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
EU Data Protection Legislation means Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") (as amended, replaced or superseded).
EU Data Protection Legislation or “GDPR”shall mean the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended from time to time and any other data protection, data security and privacy laws.

EU Data Protection Legislation means all applicable legislation and regulations relating to the protection of personal data in force from time to time in the European Union (“EU”), the European Economic Area (“EEA”), or the UK, including (without limitation): Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, or any other legislation which implements any other current or future legal act of the EU or the UK concerning the protection and processing of personal data (including any national implementing or successor legislation), and including any amendment or re- enactment of the foregoing;
