Erlang means the unit of telephone traffic. It is a measure of traffic intensity on telecommunication resources that are occupied for a given period of time under stated conditions; "Impairment of Service" means, save as may be required by applicable law or licence issued under the Act, any interference with or impairment of service provided over any Systems of a party, or any connected facilities of any third party;
