• In that case, (a) the eighth Scheduled Trading Day will be deemed to be the Equity Valuation Date in respect of the Affected Security, notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day, and (b) the Calculation Agent shall determine the price of the Affected Security as its good faith estimate of the value for the Affected Security as at the Valuation Time on that eighth Scheduled Trading Day.
