Merger Valuation Period definition

Merger Valuation Period for any Merger Event means the five consecutive Trading Day period immediately preceding, but excluding, the effective date for such Merger Event.
Merger Valuation Period for any Reorganization Event means the five consecutive Trading Day period immediately preceding, but excluding, the effective date for such Reorganization Event.
