Final Valuation Date definition

Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

Final Valuation Date means February 18, 2028, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Final Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.

For greater certainty, it is possible that the Final Valuation Date is postponed for up to five Business Days and that on such fifth Business Day a Market Disruption Event or other circumstance described in the Prospectus brings a further postponement of the Final Valuation Date with respect to one or more Reference Assets affected by the Market Disruption Event or other circumstance for up to an additional five Business Days.
Final Valuation Date means, in respect of an Underlying and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, 18 October 2030 or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Underlying, the next following Scheduled Trading Day for such Underlying.
