Coupon Valuation Date definition

Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.
Coupon Valuation Date means the date specified under the heading “Valuation Date” in the table below in respect of each Interest Payment Date. "Rate(i)" means, in respect of a ST Coupon Valuation Date, 1.625 % "RI Closing Value" means, in respect of a Reference Item, and a ST Valuation Date, the Settlement Level (as defined in the Equity Linked Conditions), in respect of such ST Valuation Date. Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th day of each month and the 28th day of February, of each calendar year during the term of the Securities or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment described herein.
