Relevant Share means, with respect to any Lender with a Commitment, an amount equal to the Loans to be borrowed by a Borrower as indicated on the applicable Notice of Borrowing multiplied by the quotient of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment divided by the aggregate amount of all Commitments of all Lenders.
