Options Contracts definition

Options Contracts has the same meaning as defined in the Options Trading Rules

  • On receipt of such Instructions, we shall so far as we consider it reasonably practicable sell, purchase and/or deal with Securities or sell, purchase or close out Futures Contracts or Options Contracts in accordance with those Instructions, provided always that we may at our discretion (such discretion not to be exercised in an unreasonable manner) accept or reject any purchase Instructions.

  • No previous Margin requirements shall establish a precedent and revised requirements once established shall apply to existing positions as well as to the new positions in the Options Contracts affected by such revision.

  • We shall be entitled to refuse to execute any Instruction for the purchase of Futures or Options Contracts for you unless and until the Margin required by us has been deposited and is being maintained by you.

  • Changes in Margin requirement will apply to all existing open Futures and Options Contracts and new Futures and Options Contracts after the effective date of such requirement as advised by us.

  • This Agreement sets out the conditions subject to which we agree to open and maintain one or more Accounts in your name, to act as dealer and broker for you in the sale, purchase and other dealing of Securities, including but not limited to Securities traded on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market of HKEx, in the sale, purchase and closing out of Futures Contracts and Options Contracts and to provide the Services to you.

  • The Client should calculate the extent to which the value of the Options Contracts must increase for the Client's position to become profitable, taking into account the premium and all transaction costs.

Options Contracts has the same meaning as defined in the Options Trading Rules of the Stock Exchange, as amended from time to time.

Options Contracts means any Transaction in an option) entered into between you and us; “Futures Contract(s)” means any Transaction in a future entered into between you and us. “Underlying Instrument” means the index, commodity, currency, Equity or other instrument, asset or factor whose price or value provides the basis for the Company or any third party to determine its price or the executable price for a Market or product.

Related to Options Contracts

  • Options Contract or “Option” means a Contract that confers the right but not the obligation to trade the Underlying at a pre-defined price on a pre-defined date in the future;

  • Contracts means all contracts, leases, deeds, mortgages, licenses, instruments, notes, commitments, undertakings, indentures, joint ventures and all other agreements, commitments and legally binding arrangements, whether written or oral.

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Option Agreements means the written agreements between the Company and the Executive pursuant to which the Executive holds or is granted options to purchase Common Stock, including, without limitation, agreements evidencing options granted under the Option Plan and agreements governing the terms of "Roll-Over Options" (as defined in the Management Stockholders' Agreement).

  • Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.
