Environmental Decision definition

Environmental Decision means, in relation to each Borrowing Base Asset, decyzja o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach, being the report prepared by the head of the relevant municipality or the regional director of environmental protection in the area of the Borrowing Base Asset which sets out the findings of the applicable environmental impact assessment and the steps required by the operator of the Borrowing Base Asset to ensure that the Borrowing Base Asset complies with Polish Applicable Law and Polish Environmental Requirements.
Environmental Decision means, in the context of the Environmental Review Process, a decision of the Department resulting from a review of Leasing Documents.
