Engaged Person definition

Engaged Person shall have the meaning as defined in Section 2.2
Engaged Person means an individual who is an employee or director (including a non- executive director) of, or a Consultant to, a Group Member;
Engaged Person means any individual engaged by any one of the Participants to perform any works, services or activities forming part of the Alliance Works. Enhancement has the meaning given to that term in Schedule 11. Establishment Audits has the meaning given in Section S5.3(a).

More Definitions of Engaged Person

Engaged Person has the meaning given in Section 3.3.A. “EPO” has the meaning given in the Recitals.
