EnCap Holders definition

EnCap Holders means the EnCap Partnerships or any Affiliate (as defined in the Partnership Agreement solely for this purpose) of, or owner of an equity interest in, any such Person, or any transferee of the rights of any such Person set forth in Section 7.12 of the Partnership Agreement.
